Blair Donald Shedd is an American comics artist born in the Philippines, a graduate of the Joe Kubert School of cartoon and graphic art, who has drawn Doctor Who strips for both American publishers IDW and Britain's Titan Comics. Pictured is his art on the cover of Doctor Who Comic #7.
