Billy Glum was a prominent community leader in the Miton Keynes mutant ghetto, and an old friend of Johnny Alpha and Wulf Sternhammer. His friendship with them frequently caused problems for Billy, who nonetheless never shirked what he saw as his duty to his despised and mistreated people. He died shortly before Alpha's own apparent death.
