Basil Blackaller

Basil Blackaller (1921-1958) was a comics artist who worked extensively for DC Thomson from 1938 onwards (he drew Pansy Potter for several years from 1939) on titles such as the Beano, Dandy and Magic Comic. Moving to Amalgamated Press, he drew for titles such as Super Detective Library. He died in 1958, aged 36.
