Archie Goodwin (1937 to 1998) was a comics writer, artist and editor. He co-created the characters of Luke Cage and Jessica Drew (alias Spider-Woman), and was the editor of the Spider-Man and Captain Britain team-up story reprinted in Super Spider-Man and Captain Britain issues 248 to 253.
