Anthony Williams is a British comics artist whose career started at Marvel UK drawing The Real Ghostbusters, Transformers and Action Force. For 2000 AD he has drawn Judge Dredd, Robo-Hunter, Kola Kommandos, the second series of Mean Arena, Big Dave, Babe Race 2000, Sinister Dexter, Mean Machine (in 1996's 2000 AD Sci-Fi Special), one of Tharg's Future Shocks, some of Dan Abnett's stories about The V.C.s and Anderson, Psi-Division (in 1991's Judge Dredd Annual).
Williams has also drawn Judge Dredd for the Judge Dredd Megazine, worked for DC and Marvel, and drawn concept art and storyboards for television programs such as Doctor Who. This photo of him is taken from his profile in 2000 AD prog 854.
