Alan Willow was a comics artist whose first work was Front Line Combat for L.Miller and Son and who later drew Disaster 1990! in 2000 AD Vol 1 123. Apparently, he also worked on Eerie in 1968. Alan also drew a large number of TV Century 21 covers and several Picture Library covers, as well as providing internal illustrations for seven Target Books Doctor Who novelisatons between 1974 and 1975.
