Judge Virgil is tricked into driving off the road and out into empty space. Having a long way to fall, he has time to tell Control that one of the suspects is a psi and to calmly say "Virgil out" before he hits city bottom. Irina and the other Sov psi crash their roadster into a hotty stall, and blow themselves up rather than be taken alive. Anderson is still unconscious in a med-bay.
