Synopsis for "Invasion!"[]

Savage and Silk attack the Volgan checkpoint at Gant's Hill. Savage uses his shotgun to kill the crew of a Volgan armoured car. The resistance fighters are then repulsed by Volgan security forces on motorcycles. They drive to Trafalgar Square in their van. An important Volgan visiting New Scotland Yard, Marshal Vashkov, orders tanks to converge on the square. However, Savage enlists the help of a demolition expert to blow up Nelson's column. "Seventy tons of good British granite" land on the Volgan tanks, crushing them. Savage and his team escape to the Isle of Dogs, where they plan to establish a hideout.

Synopsis for "Flesh"[]

As the humans bicker among themselves, Old One Eye and her pack of tyrannosaurs rampage through Carver City, destroying or killing everything they can see. Reagan has managed to cut a gland out of Old One Eye's neck which he can use to heal his injured friend Joe Brontowski, but will he and Claw Carver be able to set aside their differences long enough to drive the dinosaurs away?

Synopsis for "Harlem Heroes"[]

The Harlem Heroes beat the Baltimore Bulls 6-1. Their day gets even better when their sponsor, Ulysses Cord, gives them a new superliner complete with satellite vehicles including a helicopter. Giant feels that something isn't right, but keeps his doubts to himself.

Synopsis for "Dan Dare"[]

Dare and his team have landed in Jupiter's red spot. They are approached by Biogs, colour-changing aliens. One of them comes towards a man called French. He shoots it with his mole-pistol but that has no effect and the Biog eats him. Monday makes another Biog swallow some crystal titanium and it blows up. The blast knocks him and Dare unconscious. When they come round they find themselves inside the same Biog that swallowed French, who is dead from terror. Meanwhile, on board Monday's ship, the Odyssey, a servant of the Biogs uses Dr Ziggy Rodann as a human shield. Acting Commander Milton is loath to fire at the alien and risk Rodann's life, so it is able to gain control of the ship's systems.

Synopsis for "M.A.C.H One"[]

John Probe is on holiday in the West Indies. He accidentally swims faster than a speedboat going at 40 miles per hour. A man called Otto Brandt who deals in illegal weapons sees him. He says that unless Probe comes with him he'll kill all the people on the beach. Probe goes onto his plane but when it is airborne he punches Brandt's guards through the side. The plane flies low along a road, straight towards a lorry. Probe and the lorry driver jump clear in time, but Otto Brandt is killed in the crash.
