Harry reckons he can find everything he needs to build an escape capsule in the prison workshop. Svede Sixteen and his friend try to escape from the High Rock by knocking out a couple of guards about to go on leave, Pusser and McGraw, and stealing their uniforms. Harry is pleased that they're going but wishes it were him.

Dredd interrogates Judge De Gaulle, in case she is the Executioner. Judge De Gaulle is unimpressed and vows to do the same to him if she ever gets the chance. A man commits a copy-cat killing, because the Executioner is now "public hero number one," and is sentenced to thirty years. The Executioner kills Maurice and Rafael Chivo.

Synopsis for "Rogue Trooper: Fort Neuro (part 3)"[]
Pierre the robot messenger tells Rogue how the Franks in Fortress Neuropa became completely obsessed with the past. He agrees to try and take Rogue to one of the other sectors. Rogue is invited to a ball being held in his honour but isn't that keen on going. (A mistake — one should never turn down the chance for free canapés.)
