O'Connor started the rumour that Paul was a coward, causing him to take suicidal risks that provided O'Connor with juicy events to narrate. Hartie refused to give Paul a job at Kosi-Flex™ after he was injured, which meant he had to go back to the arena and play himself to death. The story ends with a blast from Tallon's droid gun causing O'Connor and Hartie to be, er, sucked into the circuitry of the video game and condemned to play in the Mean Arena for eternity. Tallon and Brazen, meanwhile, prepare for their next match.
